Remote Support:

We will provide you with the tools to be remotely connected to your servers and computers to provide you with the solutions for your service requests.

 

On-Site Support

In case our service engineers must be onsite, Galaxy International Group will send you its highly qualified service engineers to assist you and to complete the service on-site.
